This equipment is a special machine for tube expansion of tube-fin type automobile radiator core. The main function is the expansion of the core heat sink and the heat pipe. The main power is driven by a servo screw and the expansion head is connected with the expansion rod and the main worktable. The expansion is carried out through the auxiliary functions of each link. After the core body passes through the tube expansion, the diameter of the radiating tube is made larger than the fin aperture, and the tube and the radiating fin are tightly expanded into one body to achieve higher heat exchange efficiency.
